Today’s post is on my momiform – the casual look I have been living in lately! I’m sharing the cutest backpack, a beautiful embroidered thermal top, mom jeans, and my favorite new pair of kicks.
I got this Fjallraven deep red backpack for Christmas and have used it so much already It is lightweight and fits a lot for its size. I love the subtle design on the straps. Life with a toddler makes me fully appreciate the backpack style, since I often need two hands free!
Can I pause for a moment to appreciate mom jeans? I, for one, am so glad these are back in style! The high waist is flattering, and the relaxed leg is so comfortable and allows for enough range of motion to chase around my kiddo. I got this pair at American Eagle, and I have worn them almost everyday since I bought them.
My friend at Tretorn sent me a couple of pairs of their tennis shoes to try out, and I am obsessed! They are so, so comfortable, easy to slip on, and look cute with everything. As a toddler mom, practicality during the day is key – I have to be ready to run and play at any moment, and these shoes are perfect for that. Plus, they look really cool.
This grey bar necklace is one of my favorites because the length and color make it so versatile. My husband got this one for me from The Zoo Gallery (my absolute favorite jewelry store) a few years ago, but I’ve linked a similar look at the bottom of this post.
This comfortable thermal top was a Christmas gift from my husband. Johnny Was is one of my favorite clothing designers, but I can’t bring myself to pay that much for clothes for myself. Luckily, my husband is also a big fan of the brand, so I can usually expect gifts of Johnny Was clothing a few times a year. 🙂 I love the pretty grey shade of this thermal, and the colors of the brand’s signature floral details are so beautiful. This brand is carried locally at The Zoo Gallery.
